By installing a lantern roof, you can create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the year, rejuvenating your home. This addition will illuminate your dining room, kitchen, or lounge, infusing them with a refreshing brightness.

Fasicas, Soffits & Guttering
Often overlooked fascais, soffits and guttering are vital components of your roofline. Outdated ones may bring down the exterior aesthetic of your home and may also lead to costly water damage. Fascias are mounted to the exposed edges of your rafters sealing off the roof, protecting it from the elements and provide support for any guttering. Soffit boards sit under the fascias. You should be able to see your soffits if you stand under your roofline and look up. They help create a put together aesthetic, allowing your roofline to look neat and tidy. Guttering is used to direct any rain falling onto the roof away towards the ground in a uniform flow. With this, you will not experience any water pooling that can lead to further damage.
